With over a decade of experience in educational leadership, Stacy has held the position of Director of Teaching and Learning in multiple international institutions, including the American Embassy School of New Delhi, the International School of Beijing, and the International School of Kuala Lumpur. In her current role as a consultant, Stacy is entering her third year of dedicated service to schools seeking to enhance their educational practices. Her work is guided by a profound interest in cultivating instructional leadership within educational institutions. She firmly believes that reimagining and reshaping the growth and evaluation processes presents a unique opportunity to fortify instructional leadership, ultimately fostering teacher growth and positively impacting student learning outcomes.

Session Overview:
In an ever-evolving educational landscape, it is imperative for educators and school leaders to continually adapt and refine their growth and evaluation processes to ensure the highest quality teaching and learning. This professional learning session is designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to enhance their school's growth and evaluation systems. Participants will explore current research, understand the importance of a clear teaching and learning framework, discover feedback-oriented observation models, and delve into the practical application of implementation science in the context of growth and evaluation in order to have an impact on student learning. The overall processes by which we grow and continuously improve teaching in schools has a profound impact on student learning and this session will equip leaders with the vision and tools to impact these systems in their school.
