We aim to examine the connections between different components of the educational ecosystem and how they shape the overall culture and environment for students and teachers alike. By examining current research and engaging in thoughtful discussions, we  inspire attendees to develop impactful schools that prioritize both academic excellence and the wellbeing of their students and educators.
